We, the faithful of St. John the Theologian Orthodox Church, have been leasing a small storefront building in New Roads, Louisiana, for the last three years. We are quickly outgrowing our space. There is no other Russian Orthodox Church  within 100 miles, and owning our property and a proper church will allow an Orthodox Christian outreach that is very much needed in our area.
